This heirloom produces a small plant with sweet, flavorful, orange eggplants. Small in size, about 3" round, they almost look like an heirloom tomato! Sized for the small garden, one Turkish Orange Eggplant is perfectly proportioned for dinner for two. Sliced, breaded and fried, the orange skin will keep its color and the center will turn wonderfully creamy. Special note: These are mostly seeds with a little bit of eggplant.
